The Side by Side tour is La Fortuna's most inclusive ATV-style adventure — a 3-hour guided ride in modern Polaris and Can-Am UTVs that carry up to six passengers together with automotive-style bucket seats, seat belts, roll cages and roofs. That format makes it the right option for multigenerational groups, families with small children, seniors, travelers with limited mobility and anyone who wants the adventure without operating a quad themselves. The route covers the same headline scenery as the flagship ATV tours: the Arenal Volcano Lava Trails, a respectful cultural stop at the Maleku Indigenous Village, an eco-farm experience in the Monterrey Hills with fresh sugar cane juice and seasonal fruit, and the unforgettable Tarzan Swing over a small canyon. The pace is set for observation, so there are natural chances of toucans, coatis, howler monkeys and, in wetter months, sloths along the trails.
